	Gordon Cummings C.A., CEO & President Mr. Cummings has over 17 years of experience in finance and management including senior managerial positions in two of the Big 4 audit firms and the role of Group Accountant with a London, England based insurance group listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He most recently held the position of CFO and then subsequently CEO and Director of a Canadian alternative investment manager that develops and distributes public, full prospectus funds. Mr. Cummings holds an accounting degree from the University of Glasgow and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales as well as British Columbia.
	Lyn Davies C.A., CFO Mr. Davies has over 25 years of Finance experience including senior Finance roles with Canadian public listed companies, and public accounting experience with KPMG and Grant Thornton. Mr. Davies holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry, and is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and in British Columbia.
	Marius Mare P.Geo., Vice President, Exploration Mr. Maré is a registered Professional Geoscientist with over 20 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry. He holds a B.Sc. (Hon.) and M.Sc. degree in economic geology from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Maré has worked extensively in Canada and Mexico as well as serving in a senior role with Placer Dome Tanzania. He was most recently Vice President Exploration with Toronto based Nayarit Gold Inc.
	Abraham Urias, Mexican legal adviser Mr. Urias is the founding partner of Urias Romero y Asociados, S.C a Mexican Corporate and Mining Law Corporation. For over a decade, he has served as legal counsel for international businesses operating in the Mexican mining industry, and as a director and officer of publicly-listed companies. Mr. Urias was recently appointed by the Government of the State of Sinaloa, Mexico as an Advisor on Mining Financing and Promotion. He is a Director of Kimber Resources de Mexico, S.A. de C.V.
